How do I choose the right size?
Each product listing includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend measuring a favourite shirt or sweatshirt and comparing it to the chart before ordering.
Do your products run true to size?
Most of our apparel is designed with a comfortable unisex fit and generally runs true to size. For an oversized look, consider sizing up.
What materials are your shirts and sweatshirts made from?
Materials vary by product, but details can always be found in the individual product description. We carefully select quality garments that are soft, comfortable, and made to last.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to display colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, screen brightness, and device displays.

How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Canada: 5–12 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Will I receive tracking information?

My package is delayed. What should I do?
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. If your package appears unusually delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

Because our items are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns for size selection, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
