Refund and Returns Policy

📦 No Refund / No Return Policy (Canada)

1. Overview

At Mystic Moon Root, each item is made-to-order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
  • Entering incorrect shipping information
  • Personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like it”)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

You may be eligible for a free replacement only (no refunds).

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of the item
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide an alternative resolution at our discretion

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers (e.g., Canada Post, USPS, etc.)
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase
  • After this window, orders are considered final and cannot be modified

6. Canadian Consumer Law Notice

This policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under:

  • Provincial consumer protection legislation (e.g., in Consumer Protection Act and equivalent provincial laws)

Where required by law, exceptions to this policy will apply.
